Angie Vredeveld, PsyD

Dr. Vredeveld (“Dr. Angie”) is a clinical psychologist licensed in OH (#6653) and via PSYPACT (APIT #17532.) She founded Immigration Psychology Services in 2014, using her expertise in the forensic evaluation of trauma survivors to support immigrant and refugee populations. When she first started her practice, she was among a small group of psychologists in the US providing these types of evaluations. Since that time, she has been a trusted referral source for attorneys across the US. She is known for her warm and personal style of interviewing, adeptness in tailoring the interview to answer the legal question at hand, and excellent reporting writing skills.
Jamie Hardy-Besaw, M.A.
Clinical Psychology PhD Student
Jamie Hardy-Besaw has a master’s degree in Professional Studies in Clinical Psychology, a masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and is a graduate student in the Clinical Psychology doctoral (PhD) program at the University of Cincinnati. She has worked with “Dr. Angie,” providing evaluations for Immigration Psychology Services, since 2022. Prior to moving to Cincinnati, Jamie worked with immigrants and refugees at US Together in Columbus, including working as an ESL instructor. Jamie is fluent in Spanish and provides evaluations for Spanish-speaking clients through Immigration Psychology Services.
